Quality control system

Company successfully passed and completed recertification audit in 2020 which confirmed the proper implementation of Quality management and Environmental system ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 a ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 and successful transition from OHSAS 18001:2008 to ČSN ISO 45001:2018. The results of these audits lead to granting the QMS certificate for the next period, i.e. to 5th December 2022.

Therefore, TENZA, a.s. has established and operates the Integrated Quality Management System in the following areas:
QMS – the Quality Management System has been established and maintained in TENZA, a.s. since 2000 and it fully complies with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 in connection with ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 for the below activities and welding processes under Annex to the QMS Certificate.
EMS – the Environmental Management System has been established and maintained in TENZA, a.s. since 2004. Currently, it fully complies with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016.
OH&S – the Occupational Health and Safety management System has been established and maintained in TENZA, a.s. since 2010. Currently, it fully complies with the requirements of ČSN ISO 45001:2018.

The requirements of QMS, EMS and OH&S apply to the following activities ensured and performed by TENZA, a.s.:

  • Project design, delivery and installation of equipment for heat production and distribution
  • Project design, delivery and installation of equipment for electric power production
  • Project design, delivery and installation of technological units reducing solid pollutant and gas pollutant emissions in waste air
  • Construction of buildings and water engineering structures
  • Construction design
  • Fabrication of steel structures

Since 2013 TENZA, a.s. has been a holder of the Production Management Certificate of Compliance for Construction Units for Steel Structures under EN 1090-1+A1:2012 in the EXC2 class. The compliance of production management is subject to regular inspections carried out by an authorized person. In 2020 the results were positive again and led to extending the Certificate for another term.
